This pendant is a real antique. It was actually the top of a 1920s Victorian Filigree Stick Pin, which was converted into a pendant instead. A little jump ring and bail were added to it via laser so you can slide it onto a chain. The pendant was tested and is solid 14K gold. The diamond was checked as well, it is approximately .6 carat (6 points) and a true old miner, meaning it comes from the same time period as the pendant. The diamond is loupe clean and a nice white color. The pendant is about 13 mm long, 20 mm with the bail. Includes US shipping by First Class with tracking. The 4.7 mm greenish/gold garnet is a grossular from Tanzania. It is flawless at 10x and shows dispersion. The pink 5.3 mm 'imperial malaya' changes to a lavender color in natural light and has tiny needle-like inclusions visible at 10x. The 5.4 mm medium/dark orange spessartite is from Nigeria and is flawless at 10x. This is a bright suite of rare garnets! These would be lovely in a multi-stone ring or pendant. Formerly an Art Deco stick pin. Yvonne Raley of Cecile Raley Designs converted into a pendant. Original sapphire was replaced with a 3 mm red spinel. The ring and bail are 14k white gold. The pendant itself is either 18K white gold or platinum. The spinel is bezel set into the mounting. The filigree head is fancy shaped and is raised in the center to make it even more interesting from every angle. The pendant measures just over ¾” including the bail.

Untreated Royal Blue Sapphire, 1.10 ct, measuring 6.14 mm in a well-cut Round Brilliant. This is a darker stone, but it has strong saturation resulting in a velvety rich blue. While it is on the darker side, it doesn't black out and in strong lighting it is amazing. Eye clean, but there is a tiny tiny chip in the culet, not visible face-up. Untreated Sapphires with this color and clarity are hard to find in affordable prices!

This pendant was custom made in the 1990's. It is a single oval cut color change garnet weighing .43 ct. The bale has a tapered baguette cut diamond that is .12 ct., VS clarity and G color. This pendant is a nice heavy setting for a gorgeous rare stone. The garnet has full color change from blue to purple. The garnet is clean. I am listing my one and only Paraiba tourmaline to fundraise for medical bills. Stats: .25 ct., 4.01 x 3.75 mm.
