10 kt. Rose and Green gold vintage ring mount. The shank almost looks yellow gold, but I definitely see green in the ornate carved gold halo with rose gold. The prongs are a nice thick piece of gold and there are 4 prongs. The shank has nice detailing on the sides. The piece is fully hallmarked. I estimate it will hold about an 11 x 8 mm oval stone or so. I think the setting would be forgiving on the oval size in light of the way it is made and the width of the prongs. I bought it to set a purple spinel I have, but the spinel is a bit too large. My spinel is around 15 mm x 11 mm. I am so bummed! I am only asking what I paid for the setting. I lucked out on price.
