Ok, so yes, I am crazy to list this piece so low. However, I am in need of funds, as one of my parents (Dad) has been diagnosed with cancer and I need to help out.
On offer is an 18 kt. white gold halo cathedral ring with .58 tcw of natural white diamonds. It has a combination of pave and prong mounts with mill grain edge finishing. The trademark is Yanina & Co. The diamonds are graded SI and G in color. My photos make the color of the halo stones look terrible. They are bright and white and clean IRL. The cuts are excellent. The ring is stamped 18 kt. 750 and DO .58. The .58 cts. in pave set melee contains 76 diamonds. The ring features a fancy black diamond weighing 1.85 cts. The black diamond is 6.85 x 4.16 mm. The total diamond weight of the piece is 2.43 cts. The total weight of the ring is 4.50 grams. It appraised for $5,145 in 2011 and we all know what's happened to gold since then. I will include the appraisal with the piece.
As to the pictures, I realize they are terrible. I took a picture of a picture of the ring that I keep in a binder with info about my jewelry. The ring is on consignment at a jeweler approximately 45 minutes away. I can have the piece shipped immediately upon sale, but it isn't accessible to me now for pictures. I did find pictures of the actual stone and mount prior to completing the ring. I added these to the listing. All of the photos are of the actual piece for sale. There is also a picture of the appraisal.
The ring is a size 6.25 and fully sizable.
