1) Stunning 6.40 Emerald cut untreated Mahenge garnet. Brand new stone, native cut and eye clean. It colour changes from a deep purple to a mid reddish purple grape colour outdoors to a true vivid bright pinky purple and is absolutely glorious indoors under any sort of high strength lighting which is where most vendors take their pics. Remains purple in all lighting situations.
The stone is a big 10.58 x 8.74 x 6.82mms. Will make a gloriously wonderful high end or statement ring stone or if you are OCD about the cut you could recut it and still end up with a 4+ carat stone. $550.00 which is half to a third of what I see similar stones selling for retail.
2) Gorgeous 3.47 round red untreated Mahenge garnet. Native cut some tiny inclusions out to the sides with a loupe, but face up eye clean, has a small window but mostly you don't notice it. This one colour changes from a raspberry red inside under strong lighting to a much deeper magenta purple red in low lighting.
The stone is 8.41 x 8.46 x 6.01 and is a great shape for a ring stone, again if you are OCD about cut you could recut it and end up with a 2 carat stone. This one is below cost at $250.00.
Both stones are beautiful as is and do not specifically need a recut I just mentioned it if you are super fussy about cutting.
Registered trackable shipping is $25.00. Prices are in US dollars.

REDUCED - Very pretty 1.36 carat mid to royal blue heat only sapphire. Stone is a spready x 7.56 x 5.49 x 3.38. Sapphire is on the lighter side of Royal indoors and in the shade in colour with mid flashes of blue. I bought the stone for a project and then didn't use it. The stone has a decent sized window but all you see is blue there is no ugly lighter area and the stone has the same spread as some of my 2 carat sapphires which is a bonus. Some very minor colour zoning when the stones is upside down but you don't see this when the stone is face up. Great stone for someone looking for a mid coloured stone that is not too dark or too light that has a good spread and can overlook the window.
Stone photographs slightly more vivid in colour than it actually is but it is still a pretty stone, in real life it is most like the photo on the grey background and the lego character background. Priced to clear as sapphires like this elsewhere are touted from high end origins and are at least three to four times the price....
WAS $400.00, now $350.00ono plus $25.00 registered shipping. Great price for basically a stone that faces up between 1.50 to nearly 2 carats, never too dark beautiful blue heat only sapphire. I'm super fussy about colour.

Round Brilliant Diamond
Size: 1.22 ct
Clarity: VS2
Color: E
Cut: Good
Polish: Good
Fluorescence: slight (indicating not synthetic)
Laser inscribed serial number
I'm including 8 matching high quality round melee aprox: .70cwt as a gift with the purchase of the larger stone. These were matched an set in the same ring as the large stone. Note: Two of these stones have chips, which may be hidden in the setting. (aprox $500. value added).
The stone has a very nice history.
My late Mother was the original owner, this was her wedding diamond, a gift from my Father, a Fine Jewelry Manufacturer in Los Angeles. My Father was one the early manufacturers in the history of the Los Angeles Jewelry District (circa 1950's - 60's). One of my Father's diamond suppliers was Harry Kotlar, this stone may have original come Harry Kotlar Co. I'm going to guess the stone was cut somewhere between late 1950's - early 1960's. My Mother got quite a few pieces of jewelry, being the wife of a fine jeweler. I don't know if this was her original engagement stone, or if that stone may have been upgraded to a larger stone after marriage. This is a stunningly beautiful diamond.
How I priced this diamond:
I created my imaging for comparison with Blue Nile & James Allen. These two sites represent the high quality at best value prices. If you study diamonds currently available on the market (video imaging) there is nothing as visually fine as this diamond with same grading criteria. You have to go up into the $14-$15K range to find stones of this visual quality. My price is based on the GIA report (which is subjective), inventory presently on the market, as well as current Rapaport Diamond Report price guide.
It is entirely possible GIA has graded this diamond on the low side of each criteria. It could be borderline VS/VVS, borderline cut quality (G/VG), borderline color (D/E). If I don't sell this diamond beforehand, am considering sending it in for another report, and possibly raising the price accordingly.
Video might be slightly off with regard to color correction, or your viewing device. Stone is colorless (E). I may try to adjust the video color correction if I get a chance before the diamond is sold.
Price may be negotiable - within reason.
