This stone looks good in all light, but it becomes more vivid under LED & fluorescent light, & it is absolutely stunning, fluorescing in shaded sunlight even becoming more vivid & takes on a bluish overtone that reminds me of Tanzanian Vanadium Chrysoberyl. It also fluoresces bright red under UV light. The stone faces up directly eye clean in hand. If you tilt the stone under stronger light & look through the table, you’ll see a small inclusion under the crown. This in no way affects the beauty of the stone, & you must look for it. So, I’ll call the stone eye clean to very slightly included in all but bright direct sunlight. There is a very small yellow color zone you can see in the blown-up videos. This is not apparent to the naked eye at all except in direct sunlight, then it is small to almost nonexistent depending on the stones orientation by turning it north to south. A prong should be able to cover this. There is a divot on the pavilion behind the crown. This is where a natural was & will not compromise the stone to be set. It cannot be seen face up & looking at the pavilion look like a tiny pinpoint of light. Hard to see. In closing, this is an extremely rare gemstone, among the very rarest I’ve ever owned. Its price may seem high, but where are you, or I for that fact, going to find another one? Color Sunlight - Light tone bluish green. This Garnet is gorgeous!!! It has great dispersion, fire much like a diamond. By that I mean the fire is different colors. She is a bubblegum pink and I won’t be sad if she doesn’t sell! She is big and beautiful! 8.4 mm and the depth is 5.5mm. These are approximate measurements with my calipers. She has some silk in her. Alex’s photo show’s it best. I’m begrudgingly letting go of this pair of natural mined 1CTW champagne emerald cut diamonds. They each measure approximately 5x4mm, with one being VS clarity and the other being SI clarity (there’s an included crystal that reflects at the right angle and is eye-visible). They don’t measure exactly the same (think siblings, not twins)—one is approximately .53ct, while the other is .48ct. They have huge personalities complete with the loveliest rosy brown hue that truly sparkles brightly. The steps are well defined and elegant. I’ve included photos in a few different kinds of light, as well as one from the seller I purchased them from. My original plan when purchasing these was to make an open rose gold cuff with one of these set on each side of the opening, but the list of other projects ahead of this have made me realize it’s time to let them go to a better home. I purchased these from a popular gem dealer on Instagram and am only asking what I paid for them, plus insured shipping. I’m not trying to make money on these, but am also not prepared to lose money on them so please understand that my price is firm. This is a Illakaka Madagascar no heat pink sapphire. It measures approximately 5.4mm and the depth is 3.8. I bought this for a Toi et Moi ring and went in a different direction. While in the photos it looks almost diamond like, I felt confident that if I set it in a rose gold bezel it would be both darker and show more of her pink off. This Rubellite is pretty clean for the species, being eye clean to a small portion being slightly (small eye visible inclusions) included held in hand as it would appear mounted. Like Emerald, Rubellite is appreciated & cut for color, not sparkle. This stone looks like a lozenge hot reddish pink candy that you’d pop in your mouth.
