1.10 Carat OEC in Bezel Setting for sale at JBEG
Wonderful Old European Cut stone. It has a stunning facet pattern, a nice flower in the middle and that bold, chunky, checkerboardy style of cut that gives off big bold rainbow flashes of colour. It is 1.10 carats estimated and a GIA "L" colour, it faces up a pleasant warm colour to a creamy ivory colour, depending upon the lighting. Currently set in a 14K white gold mounting with .70 carats of white melee. The whole ring is VERY blingy, and the centre is a really sparkly old cut, big multicoloured reflections.
I paid $6400.00 retail for the ring, I was planning on putting a modern RB in the setting and using the OEC as a pendant, but now need the funds for a larger stone that I have found so I am open to offers. Stunning ring or centre stone for ring or other projects.
The ring is currently for sale via JBEG
Diamond is 1.10 carats L VS2 (GIA)
Ring cost $6400.00 from Rubylane, was for sale at JBEG for $5150.00 then, $4500.00 NOW on SALE for $3850.00

I am putting "Big Lemony" a Pear Modified Brilliant up for sale.
The sale is for the stone ONLY not the settings (I am using the former JBEG pics).
The stone is GIA certified 5.13 carats in the W to X Range VVS2 clarity.
As many of you know its a totally amazing stone with a cup under it, it faces like a light yellow diamond and looks like something worth 3 to 4 times it's actually cost price. Stones like this are quite rare because of it's size and colour.
The strong Blue Fluorescence does not make the stone milky or negatively impact it in any way. It's a stunning stone, but I have owned it for over a year and have not done anything with it and I have to admit Old Cuts are my first love.
It would make either the most huge jaw-jawdropping engagement ring for something or an equally amazing right hand ring.
Stone is currently in New York about to be sent back to JBEG. It is currently loose because I had been intending to put it back into a halo like the original setting it came out of see this link (you can see with a yellow cup underneath just how glorious the stone is);
http://www.pricescope.com/forum/show-me-the-ring/my-5-13ct-lemony-pear-fect-diamond-t118596.html
The two settings pictured could possibly still be available if you contacted JBEG.

Perfectly Cut August Vintage Cushion (AVC) for sale purchased 2 months ago from a lovely young Canadian guy who handpicked it from GOG around just over 2 years ago. He sold it to me because they upgraded and I purchased it to make a ring with a French Cut I own but unfortunately it doesn't work size wise next to it.
It seems a shame to have it sitting unworn it really is a beautiful stone, that deserves to be appreciated.

Colour: K
AGS Cut Grade: Ideal
AGS Light Performance: Ideal
Polish: Ideal
Symmetry: Ideal
Fluorescence: None

It is as near to a perfect Antique cut cushion that you can purchase and due to the price increases in these over the past two years, you will save just over $1000.00USD after shipping costs on the price of a brand new equivalent sized stone.
It will make a fantastic centre stone for a ring, a pendant, a DBTY style bracelet or anyone wanting a AVC this size which is basically 1 carat with a bit of a discount.
I have all the original GOG paperwork that went with it.
Email me for more info.
Price is $4100.00USD + $25.00 USD shipping fully registered and insured to the US.

One 18K white gold five station DBTY bracelet. It's 7 inches, with an addition loop at 6 1/2 inches. So can be worn short or long or shortened if needed.
It was originally purchased from a boutique jewellers in Perth by Susimoo who paid $975 for it almost four years ago. It is 28 points total, F/VS clarity.
I purchased it a few weeks ago with the intention of chopping it up and adding larger coloured stones between the diamonds but I then found something else that will work better so it is surplus to my needs. I am reusing Susimoo's pics with her permission.
Looking for $525.00 plus $20 postage within Australia and $25.00 postage to the US fully insured.
Sale is for the white gold DBTY bracelet ONLY, the rose gold one has been sold and is not mine.
Email me for addition details or pics.

I purchased a parcel of just under .20 carat Round Brilliant 0.198 each G/H/I SI1 all Hearts and Arrows stones from another P/S member they were sold to her for $398.00 each/per stone.
I have kept a couple and have no clue what to do with the rest. They will make excellent earring pairs for small every day earrings or great for young ladies or children.
They would also make wonderful sidestones in a ring, a centre stone for a ring, a very blingy 5 or 7 stone band, or could be bought as a set for a DBTY bracelet or a bangle like Jewels by Grace makes. Let your imagination go wild....
Stones cost originally $398.00 give or take a few dollars (some were more some were less) and all face like H colours so some are low H towards I in colour some are high H bordering on Gs in colour. They are all bright and white facing and very sparkly in all lighting situations. Stones are 3.77 to 3.79mms with one that is 3.80mms.
They are now $225.00 each or $450.00 per pair ONO, they are almost half the price you would pay from GOG and cheaper than Blue Nile, JA and all other reliable vendors. Having a clean out so grab a bargain. There are 6 stones currently in the US and one stone in Australia happy to ship the stone from Australia to the US for free. Buy one, buy two, buy 5, buy all 7 the choice is yours....
Buyer pays postage costs within the US.

Stunning brand new 14K rose gold bezel Antique style pendant handmade by David Klass - it is on an 18 inch adjustable 14K rose gold Italian chain. Very delicate millegrain on inside bezel and a smooth out edge which will be both stylish and super comfortable for wear.
The diamond is a Antique white facing .70 OEC which is an I to J colour and a SI2 clarity.
It is an SI2 due to chips in the girdle, which have now been covered by the bezel - it is both white facing and clean facing and might I add very pretty on the neck.
It will be shipped via insured shipping to you directly from David Klass with a brand new box and an appraisal.
A wonderful item for a gift as it is brand new. Only selling because me being me I have found something else I like more.
Asking $1400.00USD ono. Must sell so make me an offer.
Direct email is;

Drop dead gorgeous genuine Art Deco handmade Platinum Bracelet with an estimated 3.50 carats of well cut white facing G to I in coloured diamonds all SI or better in clarity and around 4.50 carats of untreated Columbian Emeralds. Around 8 carats in total in stones.
7 inches in length
Has been worn by me to one red carpet event, two formal events and one other time, but is now surplus to my needs as I wish to buy something else.
Really rare piece and sure to get attention, much more interesting and I think prettier to look at than a plain diamond bracelet, it always got gasps and compliments from everyone that has ever seen it.
It is fairly unusual that the metal is all Platinum and hand made with a truly beautiful ornate pattern carved in the side of it and super fine milgrain work along the top and it has a small safety chain at the back.
The bracelet was damaged from general age when I purchase it, I spent a small fortune at Singlestone replacing the tip piece of Emerald in the main panel, and strengthening a few of the hinge joints and making sure all the diamonds are secure, so that it was really wearable.
Visually on the wrist the repaired emerald shape looks like part of the original bracelet and there is a small chip mark in the top of the main emerald from the original damage that does not pose any issues from wear, ie I have worn it and it is not going to damage further, again this does not stand out when the bracelet is worn. I had it assessed to re-polish it out and every jeweller (I had several look at it) all agreed it posed no threat and was better left and loved as is.
Was $7975.00, now $7150.0) ono. Will consider reasonable offers.
Without the slight damage which I put down to age and general wear, the bracelet would be twice the asking price in any of the main Antique jewellery dealers.
I think the piece is even better in real life than Grace's photos, because the emeralds are a lovely shade of green that is hard to capture, please direct all enquiries and offers to Grace at Jewels by Grace. Or if you have questions about the bracelet itself I am happy to answer your questions.

Empty pre-owned Platinum setting held EC Diamond 8.13 x 6.63 x 4.28 and two tapered bullets of .62 cts. Created by Uber Bench for Diamond By Lauren.
Currently size 6.5 can be sized easily.
I bought this setting from the lovely Mayk to set a coloured stone and then sold the stone and have not found anything else to go into the centre of the ring. Great for a diamond or a project for a coloured stone, as it's a lovely well made platinum ring that could hold a diamond centre or a coloured stone centre.
You couldn't have this made for this price in Platinum. PM me if you would like the names of some vendors that could cut a coloured stone to fit into this setting.
Asking $350.00USD ono which is what I paid including the postage costs I paid at the time.
Shipping will be $25.00USD to the US or Australia.

Stunning 2.30 carats mid blue heat only round sapphire. I literally looked at thousands of sapphires before I purchased this one and I am super fussy when it comes to coloured stones as they were either too dark or too pale, this one is mid coloured - not as dark as Royal blue and therefore NEVER blacks out in any lighting but it's still a nice rich blue (and never pale) in colour inside and under certain lighting it goes a more mid blue like that much sort after top vivid cornflower blue.
All sapphires coloured change in various lighting situations I have taken photos to show it as dark as it gets and also when it goes that lighter colour. Either way it's always pretty and never too dark or too light. It's a fraction darker than the much sort after vivid dark top cornflower blue. Photos 1, 2 and 3 are how it looks most of the time, photo 4 shows it when it goes a more cornflower colour and photo 5 shows it at is worst that is about as dark as it ever gets but most of the time it is like the rest of the other 4 photos.
The stone is 2.30 carats heat only. 7.20 (7.18)mms across and 5.37 deep. The stone has a slight window in the centre and things like that usually bug me but it's small enough that I don't think it was worth tweaking and the colour is nice enough I just left it alone.
Link to video taken outside dark cloudy day no special lighting or pen lights just an Iphone, natural lighting and the stone;
https://youtu.be/xBCnPc2pQCQ
Asking $1500.00 ono, which is a great price for a sapphire this colour over 2 carats.
Trackable signed for postage to anywhere (the US or Australia) is $30USD.

The oval is nice and spready at 8.8 x 6.7 x 5mms. Will make a wonderful ring stone.
Both exceptionally nice stones, as I am extremely fussy about what I own. Photos taken outside, last photo indoors late afternoon/early evening with standard light bulb lighting. No fancy cameras or photoshopped images.
At this point the 4.22 Emerald Cut spinel is on hold.
$350.00 is for the oval spinel only.

Really gorgeous untreated sugarloaf spinels priced to clear. Some have various inclusions but they mostly do not detract from the beauty or uniqueness of the stones, a few will face up clean.
Stone 1) Light Grey spinel with two lines of fine bubble type inclusions that make it seem like the stone has frosted zebra stripes inside. I think it makes it funky rather than detracting from it. 3.66 carats 8.76 x 7.46 x 5.84 Great for someone that wants a sugarloaf that is totally unique and a nice size. SOLD
Stone 2) Mid grey spinel with a hint of purple in all lighting this one will face up totally clean on the hand, a nice shape and a decent size. Will look modern and amazing when set. 4.57 carats 9.x 84 x 7.70 x 6.80. SOLD
Stone 3) Dark Grey almost black/purple. It's a really dark purple that faces a dark almost black grey. Really high domed sugarloaf out of all of them the cutest in shape IMHO, one of my favourites. Also faces up totally clean and will look amazing when set. 4.57 carats 7.85 x 7.50 x 7.30. NOW $60.00
Stone 4) Dark purple pink large sugarloaf rectangular but nice high domed top. Small inclusions a sprinkle of small crystals that you can see in one corner but will still be pretty when set. 4.47 carats 9.10 x 7.60 x 7.00 SOLD
Stone 5) Light pink long rectangular sugarloaf this one has a smattering of crystal inclusions in it that look like tiny bubbles but again will mainly disappear when set and look clean on the hand. Pretty coloured stone. 2.91 carats 9.74 x 7.5 x 4.93 SOLD
Stone 6) The lightest pink and smallest stone a true very light pink, with very tiny crystals that are hard to see stone will face up eyeclean when set. Very cute colour and shape. 2.73 carats 8.38 x 7.15 x 4.95 NOW $50.00

Stone 1 - very pretty .98 carat vivid royal blue heat only sapphire. Stone is 6.70 x 5.06 x 3.36 (pics 1 & 2). Sapphire is a nice Royal colour with vivid flashes of blue. I bought the stone for a project and then didn't use it. The stone has a slight window you mostly don't see because of the colour saturation, some very minor colour zoning you again will mostly never see and very very tiny scratches or cut marks in one of the top crown facets that you will only see with a loupe, other than that I'm very fussy with colour so despite being a royal blue it always both inside and out flashes a beautiful vivid blue colour. Price to clear as sapphires like this elsewhere are touted from high end origins and are at least three times the price.... $365.00 plus $25.00 registered shipping. Great price for basically a one carat never too dark beautiful blue heat only sapphire.
Stone tray 1 (pic 3) Australian dark blue sapphires I assume untreated but could be heated. From the top down;
1. .43 carats 4.94 x 3.74 x 2.67
2. .42 carats 4.70 x 3.92 x 2.60
3. .34 carats 4.42 x 3.82 x 2.43
4. .42 carats 4.77 x 3.91 x 2.90
5. .27 carats 4.61 x 3.59 x 1.92
6. .31 carats 4.46 x 3.52 x 2.44
$15 per stone or any 2 stones for $20.00 shipping is $5.00 to the US.
Stone tray 2 (pic 4) Australia dark green sapphires, I assume untreated but could be heated. From the top down;
1. .56 carats 5.29 x 4.35x 3.07 (greenish blue)
2. .53 carats 5.54 x 4.50 x 2.45
3. .41 carats 5.06 x 5.58 x 2.01
4. .51 carats 5.08 x 4.20 x 2.98
5. .41 carats 4.91 x 3.88 x 2.44
6. .38 carats 4.93 x 3.77 x 2.42
$15 per stone or any 2 for $20.00 shipping is $5.00 to the US.
Last stone, treated very nice orange oval sapphire .51 carats 5.05 x 4.10 x 2.71 and 2.43 carats of mixed orange to orangey red 3mm round melee which totals 2.43 carats. I know it's treated as many orange sapphires are but the oval is a nice colour and you couldn't buy all the melee for a fraction of this price, again it was a project I never got around to. $20.00. $5.00 for shipping to the US.

Very pretty stone it almost looks like an Antique cushion cut at a distance. Prettier in person than my pics.

REDUCED - Very pretty 1.36 carat mid to royal blue heat only sapphire. Stone is a spready x 7.56 x 5.49 x 3.38. Sapphire is on the lighter side of Royal indoors and in shaded areas in colour with mid flashes of blue. I bought the stone for a project and then didn't use it. The stone has a decent sized window but all you see is blue there is no ugly lighter area and the stone has the same spread as some of my 2 carat sapphires which is a bonus. Some very minor colour zoning when the stones is upside down but you don't see this when the stone is face up.
Great stone for someone looking for a mid coloured stone that is not too dark or too light that has a good spread and can overlook the window, and I've put foil around it and the window will close substantially if you set it in something like a halo or a bezel.
Stone photographs slightly more vivid in colour than it actually is but it is still a pretty stone, in real life it is most like the photo on the grey background outdoors and the lego character background indoors. Priced to clear as sapphires like this elsewhere are touted from high end origins and are well over three to four times the price....
WAS $400.00, now $300.00ono plus $25.00 registered trackable shipping. Great price for basically a stone that faces up between 1.50 to nearly 2 carats, never too dark beautiful blue heat only sapphire. I'm super fussy about colour.

Selling a totally awesome sold to me as a "Victorian" sapphire and diamond crescent brooch, it has age to it but no hallmarks so I cannot confirm it is Victorian. It is clearly antique by the cut of the stones. It is set with graduated Antique blue natural sapphires and old cut and single cut diamonds in white faced metal (probably white gold could be platinum if it's a later piece) and the sapphires are set in yellow gold. The stones are in a cut-down collet setting, 2.6cms high by 2.4cms wide. I'd estimate around 1 carat of old cut diamonds or just under, and at least 3 carats of natural Antique blue sapphires most likely Sri Lanka origin.
It would make a beautiful conversion to a pendant, I'd planned to cut off the pin part and convert it into a pendant but I've found a large sapphire I want to buy and am madly listing/selling unused items that I have sitting around to pay for it.
The sapphires look a mid pale blue in bad lighting or low lighting and a brighter mid blue in sunlight or under strong indoor lighting so they do colour shift depending upon how strong and how bright the light is.

Beautiful 2.05 carat untreated unheated Blue Sapphire in a really rare Asscher cut. The stone is 7.03 x 7.05 x 4.15.
First two photos are in a light box which amps up the colour the stone is only that saturated in strong shop lighting but I include these photos so it is comparable to photos from vendors that take professional gemstone pics.
Photos 3 and 4 Are taken outside in the shade in natural lighting situations.
The stone is a electric blue in dark lighting situations to a mid cornflower blue in strong lighting situations. It would be classified as a "cornflower" blue stone but is what I would describe at the darker end of cornflower but not peacock and not royal so always a nice vivid shade of blue.

2.50 Round Cornflower Blue Sapphire. This stone is a real true cornflower colour - that lighter to mid with a hint of lavender in some lighting colour. It colour changes from a lovely electric blue in low lighting to the real colour (a lighter mid blue) of cornflowers in bright lighting.
This stone would be great for someone looking for a mid coloured not too dark stone who doesn't mind a sometimes hint of lavender.
The stone is 7.24 around and 5.53 deep. I'm selling it as heat only I can't remember if this one was heated or unheated as it is out of my own personal collection that I owned for some time.
Photos 1 & 2 are inside kitchen lighting and very close to what the eye sees in colour, photo 3 is in the light box which amps up the colour the stone is not that dark or saturated but this lighting is similar to strong shop lighting and what a lot of professional vendors use to take photos. Selling an incredibly awesome modern emerald and diamond crescent brooch, it has minor wear to it and modern hallmarks.
It has been made from modern cut diamonds and emeralds. It is set with graduated lovely coloured (I'm super fussy) vivid natural emeralds and modern white eye clean facing round brilliant cut diamonds and the metal is marked as 18K white gold it has a really pretty scalloped outside edge.
I would conservatively estimate there is at least 1.30 carats of white diamonds and just over a carat of clean bright emeralds. The piece was sold to me as "natural" emeralds, I will conservatively say light to moderate oiling but they could be untreated.
It would make a beautiful conversion to a pendant, I'd planned to cut off the pin part and convert it to an amazing pendant.
Most of the few (it is rare to find emerald crescents) antique emerald crescents I have seen have emeralds that are darker blaah coloured and often heavily included, these emeralds are always a very vivid bright green, I have never seen another brooch/pin like this, it is a really gorgeous unique piece!!!
It measures 28.30mm up and down x 22.63mm across the crescent and the actual pin part is 31.40mms in length.
Photos 1 to 3 were taken in my light box and replicate shop or strong lighting situations.
Photo 4 is the back of brooch.

Gorgeous old cut diamond crescent brooch, it has age to the stones but it is clear that the back pin part and the safety chain are modern editions, the pin in particular is very well made and is in outstanding condition, it also looks like the metal in the original part has been either redone or retouched I think it was an original brooch that has had the pin part removed and someone has gone to a lot of expense to have a high quality totally new pin part added, and everything refreshed.
They have also added a folding up, swivelling bail so it would be easy to wear this piece as a pendant as is, I'd hook or thread a chain through the existing swivel bail so you can't lose the piece and put the other end of the chain around the end of the existing pin. That way it could be worn as a brooch or a pendant as is. Currently it has a small safety chain attached to the swivelling bail. It has English Hallmarks.
The diamonds are original genuine antique stones not new cut diamonds. It is set with graduated Antique old cut relatively clean white facing diamonds in white metal (probably either silver or white gold could be platinum if it's a later piece), it looks suspiciously like the original piece has been retouched with platinum to me. And it looks like a marriage of old with a new back, it does not look like a copy piece, but the back parts of it are not Antique either.
I'd estimate at least 2+ carats of natural Antique old cut diamonds. And it's a good sized brooch, not one of the tiny ones.
It would make a beautiful pendant or pin as is or you could cut the pin part off and wear it just as a glorious pendant. It is much nicer in real life than my photos.
Crescent is 28.94mms up and down ways and approx. 20.00mms (2cms) across. The actual pin part is 30.00mm (3cms).

Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Aquamarine bracelet. 17cms or 6.50inches long. The Aquamarines are a beautiful mid (not washed out at all) blue. The bracelet is well made and has a safety catch, it has very light wear commensurate with age.
I bought this bracelet for a really really good friend of mine as a gift but unfortunately the bracelet was too small for her.
It has 22 pear shaped (they look like ovals from a distance) really pretty mid coloured Aquamarines that are 6.0mms x 4.11mms per stone. I'd roughly estimate there is at least 11 to 12+ carats (mostly likely more this is a conservative estimate) of Aquamarines in the bracelet.
All photos were taken outside in natural daylight, without any photo enhancement. The stones were sold to me as "natural" aquamarines. I would assume to get this depth of colour they have been heated, as is common with Aquamarines of this colour.

This particular blue sapphire is a really stunning 2.52 heat only electric blue Sri Lanka sapphire, the stone was hand selected by me specifically because of the vibrant vivid colour. The stone is a great bluff stone because on the hand it faces up like a 3.5+ carat sapphire, it is 8.50 x 7.18 x 4.91.

Photo 4 was taken outside in strong Sunlight, Photo 5 was taken outside in the shade in natural lighting.
The stone is a electric blue in dark lighting situations to a darker mid cornflower blue in strong lighting situations. This particular stone is pretty close to a trade ideal vivid electric blue up the darker end of what people classify as "cornflower." It is a lovely shade of blue IRL.
It has a white clear band or colour zoning as is typical of unheated sapphires that you can see upside down, that you can see on a tilt angle about 5% of the time. Mostly face up you don't it at all, but sometimes it appears like a small clear window in the stone. Set I think it will disappear. A really gorgeous genuine Victorian diamond brooch with a swallow bearing a heart, flying through a crescent. Generally these would have been either a wedding day or engagement brooch or a sweetheart brooch from someone who was away from home like in the armed services, as the swallow represents loyalty and returning home to a loved one....
The crescent is set with old cut diamonds and the body of the swallow with Antique rose cut diamonds, the bird has small ruby eyes. The top is silver is is common with the period over the top of at least 9K yellow gold.
The back has a removable screw, allowing for attachment. The swallow is approx 3cms wing tip to wing tip the crescent is approx 2.50cms (25mms) across and 25mms up and downways. The crescent and the swallow are a nice medium size, great for a showstopping pendant/necklace!!! Total weight approx. 7.9g.
No stones are missing and it's a really beautiful piece in good condition for it's age, it would make a stunning diamond necklace/pendant conversion.

Totally gorgeous, beautifully made, hand forged Maytal Hannah Platinum Diamond halo ring setting, semi mount for sale (mounting only) .
The ring mounting is beautifully crafted hand forged platinum engagement or right hand ring setting (centre stone is not included). Small size 5 (can be resized up or down several sizes) in excellent condition. No chips in the diamonds. The setting will hold a center stone with a diameter of 7.0 - 7.5 mm. The diamonds in the halo are ideal cut, white, VS stones and sparkle like crazy.
As you can see from my photos the ring is stunning from every angle, the head of the ring when viewed from the side, has the most beautifully crafted gallery and the band part of the ring is a solid feeling yet elegant smooth round comfort fit.
What a love about it is it's a really wearable ring but with the bling of a hand made tight pave halo as well. The ring is a knockout visually from every angle!!!
A hand forged ring like this from Maytal, Victor, Steven or Leon these days cost $3000+ to get made this one is half the price and will look amazing with a diamond, coloured stone, or if you want a high end look for a budget price you could also set a 7.50mm high end Moissanite or CZ into it.
I bought the ring from the original owner to set a sapphire into it but sold the sapphire and have had it sitting around, it's an iconic, beautifully crafted setting that I can't say enough about, I would be keeping it but I don't have anything that fits into it and I think it should be worn, loved and enjoyed.
This is what it looked like with a diamond set into it (photos are from original owner);

Gorgeous Mark Morrell designer Petite Torchiere Platinum ring with .045 carats of diamonds set in an ornate swoopy pronged amazing from every angle ring head. The shank of the ring has a soft curve for a comfort fit and allows it to be taken on or off with ease.
The centre diamond is a .71 GIA certified Triple Excellent cut G coloured VS1 clarity round brilliant Platinum Selected stone originally purchased from Good Old Gold.
The stone has a table of 58% a depth of 62.2% and strong blue fluorescence which doesn't impact it in any way other than making it face up a crystal clear colour with a sometimes ice blue flash to it. If anything it faces up whiter than a G all of the time and is either ice white indoors or with wonderful looking flashes of icy blue outside.... It has no haze, and always looks full of fire and sparkle!!! I can see fine arrows in it!!!!
The ring is in good to excellent barely worn condition. It could be polished up by a jeweller to look brand new for someone looking for a dream designer engagement ring and an ice white diamond.
The cost of the setting alone for a diamond this size in Platinum is currently $1900USD from Mark Morrell. Comparable diamonds on Blue Nile and other sites for a triple Ex cut G VS1 is around $3000+ USD.
I'm selling the ring/stone for an Aussie PS friend she is asking $2900USD for both so basically you are getting a beautiful diamond and a $1900 designer ring setting for free. She will consider separating the diamond and the ring setting for any reasonable offers, the diamond would make an outstanding stone for a ring, pendant, or half of a set of earrings.... and as stated if you just want the ring setting (semi mount) it could in theory be polished up to look new. The ring is currently around a 4.25 but could be resized up or down several sizes.
The photos have been magnified to see the ring details the prongs and the ring itself is a lot more elegant looking in real life than my photos....
You can see the arrows and the blue hearts of the triple Ex cut pop in this video in the shade;

A hand forged ring like this from Maytal, Victor, Steven or Leon these days can cost $4000+ to get made this one is way less than half the price and will look amazing with a diamond, coloured stone, or if you want a high end look for a budget price you could also set a 7.50mm high end Moissanite or CZ into it.
I bought the ring from the original owner to set a sapphire into it but sold the sapphire and have had it sitting around, it's an iconic, beautifully crafted setting that I can't say enough about, I would be keeping it but I don't have anything that fits into it and I think it should be worn, loved and enjoyed.
This is what it looked like with a diamond set into it (photos are from original owner);

Beautiful 2.05 carat untreated unheated velvet Blue Sapphire in a really rare Asscher cut. The stone is 7.03 x 7.05 x 4.15.
First two photos are in a light box which amps up the colour the stone is only that saturated in strong shop lighting but I include these photos so it is comparable to photos from vendors that take professional gemstone pics.
Photo number 3 was taken indoors in low lighting to show the sapphire in poor lighting and number 4 and 5 were taken outside in the shade in natural lighting situations, so you can see it is a mid colour outside in strong Aussie sunlight.
The stone is a darker blue in dark lighting situations to an electric blue in strong indoor lighting situations, to a vivid mid electric blue in full sunlight. It would be classified as a "cornflower" blue stone but is what I would describe at the darker end of cornflower closer to what people think of as peacock but not as dark as royal so always a nice vivid shade of blue.

Was $3000USD, reduced to $2400USD, which is way less than I paid for this untreated sapphire. Asschers in blue sapphires are really difficult shapes to find, I'd set this in a halo or a halo with an airline gap and you would have a magnificent ring!!!
This stone cost me more per carat than the others I had listed for sale because it is unheated and untreated.
Registered trackable shipping is $25.00USD. Shipping with full insurance is around $70.00USD.

Large size beautiful Vintage Ruby & Diamond Crescent. No hallmarks appears to be at least 9K yellow gold the yellow has aged so it its not bright yellow.
I'd guess it is at least several decades old but not as old as the Victorian ones for sale. There are 9 graduated natural oval rubies which are either heat only or unheated and smaller single/old cut diamonds.
The brooch measures approx. 5cms long and 6mms wide, and would be considered a large sized crescent brooch. It will make a stunningly beautiful pendant/necklace conversion.
Price was $1450US now reduced to $1350, or best offer. Postage is $25.00US registered and around $70.00US to the US or any International destination fully insured.

Gorgeous Antique Old Cut Diamond and Pearl Brooch or Ring. I bought this brooch/pin to convert into a ring for myself planning to smash out the pearl and put a coloured stone into there instead, but the stone I had was the wrong size. The pearl has a really stunning iridescent sheen to it so it would make a lovely ring as is or you could put a gemstone or diamond into it instead.
The Brooch is made out of Platinum over yellow gold, it has 12 Old cut diamonds with a total of approx. between 0.50 and .60 carats. The stones are a nice white H colour and a VVS clarity. The pearl is a cream white with a nice shine and pretty lustre to it. Magnified or up close the pearl has some either natural surface blemishes or wear I'm not sure which, but on the hand it will not be glaringly noticeable. Where the pearl joins the halo (so the hole) is just under approx. 6.50mms.
The length of the pin part is around 6.2cms and the width about 1.20cms. It weighs 4.8 grams. It is an original Antique piece not an reproduction and was made around 1925.
Asking $595.00USD The cost of the platinum and diamond halo alone of this quality would cost about 3 times to currently get made, and it is beautifully made, so grab a bargain.
Postage to anywhere in the US signed for and full tracking is $25.00USD I'm not sure how long it will take to get to you because of COVID - 19 my postal system is still working per normal but it will depend upon the situation where you live in the US.

Stone 1) Stunning Mid Grey 2.05 Antique Pear cut untreated spinel. Nice unusual cut with no chips or other issues. It colour changes from a light/mid grey to a darker grey indoors (Photos 1 & 2). Outside in very strong sunlight this stone is something else it has really pretty light blue flashes which I have attempted to capture in one photo (Photo.3). It is a mid to lighter blue/grey outside or in strong lighting and the cut is very similar to something from modern cutter Jean-Noel Soni from Top Notch Faceting because it has I think an intentional window down the centre you only see in very good lighting or in strong sunlight outdoors, and the cut of it resembles a high end Antique diamond with a Antique cut I have seen at a high end Antique jeweller. I had intended to make a Titanic style 3 stone out of it, but never got around to doing so. The stone is a nice size of 9.06 x 6.46 x 5.00mms. Asking $175.00USD.
$25.00 for registered trackable shipping.
Stone 2) Very pretty bargain dark grey 1.06 cut oval untreated spinel. 7.12 x 5.56 x 4.00. It colour changes from a dark grey not quite black inside to a dark titanium grey with the slightest hints of blue outside in the sun and under strong lighting (Photos 4 & 5). Great/pretty and spready stone for the price $65USD. $25.00 registered trackable shipping.

Near ideal coloured loose squarish native cut cushion Tsavorite. Nice neon darkish to mid green. Handpicked by me for colour. Has a slightly non uniform native cut and scattered dust inclusions in it that you will not notice on the hand and a small line of small dust inclusions that under really close inspection if you have eagle eyes or use a loupe in one corner that will not impact durability and disappear on the hand. Really outstanding example of colour.
Photos 1 & 2 Outside in Strong Sunlight, Pic 3 inside under normal indoor lighting, photos 4 and 5 outside and inside in the shade ie a dark lighting environment.
The stone is way better IRL than my pics. It measures 6.35 x 6.00 x 4.12. Asking $300USD which is half to a third of anything I can find of a similar size this colour on Etsy or anywhere else.

Bargain priced untreated 1.29 Milky Silky Red/Orange/Pink Mahenge Spinel. I've had it for a few years from the original deposit Mahenge mines. This one is unusual as it faces fire engine red to fire engine red/orange against the white gem tray but when you put it against skin with more light around it, it is more of either a pink or a lighter pinky orangey red more like looking at the dark end of a Pad sapphire than a spinel. It is milky on the hand, and more milky IRl than my pics, but not unpleasant to look at. It ranges from a orangey red to a pink to a pinky orangey red depending upon the lighting situation. Do not buy this stone if you expect a red red. A straight red in this material would be thousands of dollars.
The oval measures 7.68 x 6.05 x 3.72 giving a nice spready size. It might indeed look redder set with a bezel or something around it, I don't know. Any way you set it, it is still a pretty stone.
Asking $175.00USD which is a fraction for what I see similar items this size and colour selling for these days. The shipping is $25.00USD trackable registered signed for service to the US.

Bargain priced untreated 1.53 included hot mid pink Mahenge Spinel. Typical mid to darker pink Mahenge colour this colour is sold at the high end of pink Mahenge colour. I've had it for a few years from the original deposit Mahenge mines. This stone has a number of inclusions specifically lines of feather type inclusions in the centre of the stone when magnified or if you have eagle eyes. You can see these inclusions in some of my magnified pics. Do not buy this stone if you expect a clean spinel. This stone faces fairly cleanish on the hand due to the nice bright outstanding colour. I do not believe that the inclusions will be an issue to the stone but to be safe I'd set it into a bezel or a halo for extra protection. A cleaner stone in this material would be thousands of dollars as seen by a well known vendor on Etsy... I have purchased and sent back the "best" Mahenge pinks that are not as nice in colour from that specific vendor as this stone.
The native cut slightly wonky cushion measures 6.75 x 6.75 x 3.97. It faces up on the hand larger than those dimensions.
Asking $375.00USD which is still a bargain for what the stone is. The shipping is $25.00USD trackable registered signed for service to the US.

Bargain priced untreated 1.00 carat Red Mahenge Spinel. I've had it for a few years from the original deposit Mahenge mines. This stone is mostly a deep but nice vivid red red but it also can change to an orangey pinky red depending upon the lighting source and to a brownish deeper burgundy red more like a flame spinel about 15% to 20% of the time. I think that is fairly typical of some reds. I purchased two others, one for $1600 a similar size to this one years later (no that isn't a misprint) and another a little bigger for over $2000 (I collect spinels) and returned both because they were not as nice in colour as this one is. It is exceedingly difficult to buy well priced red spinels these days. Mostly, like 80% of the time in my lighting environment it's a nice decent red red. I'm an Aussie so we have strong natural sunshine/daylight my part of the world, but it's a nice red red indoors in poop lighting in the gem tray as well. It flashes sparkles of neon red in the right lighting.
I'm selling it for what I paid for it years ago and I'd guess it's probably worth retail 2 to 4 times or more what I'm asking for it now and I'm only selling it because it's one of the smaller ones that I have in my collection.
The cushion measures 5.60 x 5.12 x 4.37mms nice and deep for the size again giving it a nice depth of colour. It is a slightly wonky native cut but nothing too bad and it has inclusions but looks clean on the hand and in the tray.
Asking $300USD I know that similar reds (even flame spinels this one is what I'd call a rich vivid deep Mahenge red most of the time and a flame spinel red the rest of the time) sell for 3 to 5 times that price, I know because I've purchased them. The shipping is $25.00USD trackable registered signed for service to the US.

Stunning 2.25 carats fat oval unheated untreated purple Sri Lanka sapphire. I am super fussy when it comes to coloured stones, this particular sapphire is one that I've been hoarding in my personal collection and had planned to put into a diamond halo but I have to accept I have way too many stones and will never get around to setting them all.
At it's very darkest this stone is a vivid mid Amethyst colour in really low to poor lighting inside or outside it becomes a really pretty vivid lighter to purple with flashes of blues, pinks and reds. If you live in a dark lighting environment most of the time expect something a vivid mid Amethyst colour that will lighten and be brighter in strong indoor, shop lighting and full bright sunlight. As far as purple sapphires go I'm usually ambivalent to them, but I selected this one for myself because it is such a nice stone.
All sapphires coloured change in various lighting situations I have taken photos to show it as dark as it gets which is what I'd describe as a nice mid never too dark Amethyst colour and lots of pics in better indoor and outdoor lighting when it goes a lighter brighter colour. Either way it's always pretty and never too dark or too light.
Photos 1, 2 are how it looks in very bright Aussie sunshine, ie the palest it ever looks photos 3 shows it outside in a darker area in the shade getting it to intentionally look as dark as what my eye sees IRL. Photos 4 shows it inside again specifically trying to show as dark as it ever gets which is a very pleasing mid Amethyst purple to a much lighter brighter vivid purple when you put any type of bright light source near it pic 5.
The stone is what I'd describe as a fat oval some people might call it a roval meaning it faces like a 3+ carat stone on the hand it is 7.83 x 7.00 by 4.80mms deep. The stone has a couple of tiny inclusions under very very close inspection like a small crystal that you will see with a loupe but they disappear at a distance on the hand when set and the stone is not heated or treated in any way like most sapphires are. This one would make an outstanding engagement ring or right hand ring and I personally would either halo it or put it in some type of 3 stone because white diamonds will accent the colour even more.
Asking $1600USD. Registered trackable shipping is $25.00USD if you want it fully insured message me to discuss options.

Stunning 2.52 carats mid blue heat only cushion sapphire. I literally looked at a lot of sapphires before I purchased this one and I am super fussy when it comes to coloured stones, this one is mid to dark mid coloured blue in dark or low lighting and a lighter mid colour in really bright shop lighting or full bright sunlight. It therefore NEVER blacks out in any lighting.
It varies from that much sort after lighter mid vivid cornflower blue people seek, to a slightly darker blue in poop lighting (which you can see in pics 4 & 5 where I've intentionally made it look as dark as it ever gets), to a mid lighter blue with what I'd describe as a touch of lilac. This one can look lighter than the much desired "cornflower" blue people seek but because of the touch of lilac you see in full Aussie sunlight it is probably closer in colour to real actual cornflowers than that particular blue used as a descriptor.
All sapphires coloured change in various lighting situations I have taken photos to show it as dark as it gets and also when it goes that lighter colour. Either way it's always very very pretty and never too dark or too light. In general it colour changes to darker than the infamous cornflower colour in bad or really dark low lighting to lighter than the much sort after vivid dark top cornflower blue in strong lighting...
The stone is 2.52 carats heat only. 7.55 x 6.82 x 6.11mms deep. The stone has a slight window in the centre we are talking a very small circle which most of the time disappears completely because of the nice colour.
Asking $1600.00USD. Trackable signed for postage to anywhere (the US or Australia) is $25USD. If you would like full insurance message me for prices and details.
