Beautiful Vintage Ruby & Diamond Crescent in a large size. No hallmarks but it appears to be at least 9K yellow gold the yellow has aged so it its not bright yellow.

I'd guess it is at least several decades old but it is not as old as the Victorian ones for sale, so it is "Vintage" but not Antique. There are 9 decent sized graduated natural oval rubies which are either heat only or unheated and smaller single/old cut diamonds.

The brooch measures approx. 5cms long and 6mms wide, and would be considered a large sized crescent brooch. It will make a stunningly beautiful pendant/necklace conversion.
