I bought this ring with the intention of using the center stone for a project but ended up in a different direction. Would be beautiful to keep as is or the diamond could be used for something else! It’s a 14k Art Deco ring with lovely filigree and a beautiful approximately .75ct old euro. The stone is very lively and sparkly, it’s not graded but approximately K/L in color and SI (no black inclusions but a feather that I have a hard time finding). I’ve included some comparison pictures with my OEC hexagon necklace (not included in sale but weighed and appraised by David Klass as .73ct, L color VS clarity) and with another 1.09 OEC (J/K color, SI clarity). Originally bought this for a project for my husband but he decided on something else. 14k yellow gold ring with one old European cut diamond sold to me as approximately a carat but it has not been removed to get exact specs. Local jeweler estimates it at .95 carats, 6.1mm, K color and VS clarity. Ring weighs 7.6 grams and is size 10.25. Very pretty stone to either remove and scrap setting or set a stone in the empty setting and wear as is. Very pretty antique opal cabochon and old European cut diamond ring. Opal has beautiful color play and measures approx. 8mm x 6mm. There are 14 OEC diamonds about 1 point each that are super white and sparkly. Ring size is a tight 4 but very easily sizeable and weighs 2.8 grams.
