Beautiful antique sapphire & old european cut diamond cluster ring in size 7. Sapphire I'd describe as a royal blue color, approximately 4x6mm ~.5 carat and another ~.5 carat in bright white OECs. From the UK, no hallmarks but about 12kt gold.
