I am a sucker for old diamond rings that have clearly been loved. This is one of my favorites. I’d estimate it to be from the 1950’s. It consists of three rings soldered together. The center engagement style ring has a transitional style center diamond. I’d estimate it at about 1/3 carat. Two rows of diamonds flank the center. On either side is a diamond wedding band. One is a bit wider than the other. All three rings have either white gold or platinum mounting. The diamonds are nice quality, sparkly white, with no visible inclusions. The ring weighs 4.0 grams. It’s thin from wear, but still has lots of life left in it. The soldering stabilizes the ring where the band is thin. I’d be comfortable wearing it daily. This is a custom made 14K WG wedding set featuring a 1.15ct round natural diamond center flanked by a pair of diamond baguettes (1.0 TCW), and a matching wedding ring with 8 natural diamonds prong set in a milgrain finished band. This is a wonderful ring by the talented designer Chris Correia. This size 6 ring weighs approximately 11.8 grams and is approximately 5mm wide. It has a matte or satin finish. Her website shows this ring to have .30 carats of diamonds which are G/H in color and VS in clarity (very nice diamonds!). The center stone is not a diamond. It is a CZ. The ring is ready to wear as is. However, if you want to change out the CZ, the replacement gem should be about 5.5mm. It would probably need to be changed by a diamond setter. This ring is in good, gently worn condition. It is signed with Chris Correia’s logo, hallmarked 950 for platinum VS for the clarity of the diamonds, and seems to have a serial number. This is a really unique ring. The band is an antique made of platinum, lined in 18K YG, and inscribed with initials and a date in 1928. The basket is from a Platinum Tacori ring. (I didn’t like the “busy” band, so I had my amazing jeweler make it into a wedding band and create this one from the basket and another band). It features a 1.5 carat emerald cut lab diamond (not a moissy, but a real diamond) and two natural emerald cut side diamonds. It also features 6 small round diamonds on the sides. TCW is 2 ctw. One of my favorite rings! A beautiful 2 carat OEC moissanite is prong set on a platinum head and flanked by a pair of natural emeralds with 1.0 TCW. The mounting is similar to a collette style (IMO). The emeralds have the perfect green color. They have inclusions but I don’t think they detract from the beauty of the ring. Just back from the jewelers where it was cleaned, checked, and polished. For sale is a substantial (4.3 gm) well made 3 stone ring set with two 1/2 carat natural rubies. The ring is designed for a 1.25 carat center stone. Three of the center prongs will need to rebuilt, so it may be possible to alter for a larger or smaller stone (or bezel set it).
