This is a 2.23 color change, untreated sapphire solitaire in a lovely bezel setting size 7 in 14k stamped gold. Mint condition, never worn. Eye clean, intense color, mixed brilliant cut, excellent polish. From Ceylon (Sri Lanka). No enhancement. Length 9.33 Width 7.28 Height 4.34 Inside daytime it is a teal. In incandescent light it goes pinkish. In store has golden sparkles on a brown background. I bought the stone on Natural Sapphire Company and had this made for me. The insurance replacement from the appraisal I got is $6174. I have also an appraisal from the Natural Sapphire Company which reflects what I paid for the ring back then. These are three gorgeous Pink Spinels which I had David Klass set in this antique 18kt Yellow Gold ring -- ring size 10.25 (I wore it on my index finger) but easily resized up or down. The ring weighs 15.5 grams and slides on smooth as butter and very comfortable to wear. Please know in some lights the Yellow Gold has an almost Rose Gold look due to the passage of time. The cushion-cut Pink Spinels are from Luc Yen, Vietnam, and possess that rare intense orangey-pink coloration -- the largest stone is 1.02ct (6.37 x 4.93 x 4.22mm) -- and the smaller two stones are 0.71ct (4.94 x 4.76 x 3.99mm) and 0.65ct (4.72 x 4.66 x 3.88mm) -- the Spinels look great in all lighting and especially pop in the sun and diffused daylight -- represented as from Khanh Hoa, Luc Yen, Vietnam -- eyeclean or better -- never set.
