Clearing out my jewelry box! An oval, slightly purplish pink sapphire measuring 7 x 5.5mm. It was purchased in 2005 during official travel in Colombo,Sri Lanka, at a vendor recommended as reputable by the US Embassy. No known treatments were disclosed at the time. The setting was purchased from my local jeweler who made my e-ring. The diamond halos are made to mimic a 3-stone, but there are baguettes in the side halos instead of ovals. Not sure of the total carat weight, but I'm guessing around .75ctw, G, VS/SI. 14K white gold , weighs 3.78grams. The ring is size 7.5, but the back half of the shank is solid so it could definitely be sized within reason (see additional pics). The double band is 3.3mm wide where it connects to the oval shape, and tapers to 2.42mm in the back. Price includes USPS, insurance, and any Paypal fees. Beautiful antique ruby and diamond ring in 14 kt yellow gold, size 9. Three marquise cut rubies and 3 teeny tiny diamonds. The larger, middle ruby is 4.5 x 2.75 mm. The two smaller rubies on either side are 3.5 x 2 mm. The rubies have a beautiful color to them. I inherited this piece and I love it but I can't size it down small enough to wear on any of my fingers (largest for me is a 5).

Round brilliant orange sapphire bezel set in yellow gold on a white gold band (size 4.5). The sapphire is 2.5 mm and a very deep, pumpkin orange color. The band is a full round. The ring was custom made by Goldworks, a very well respected jeweler in Chapel Hill, NC (http://www.goldworks-nc.com/). They told me that the orange sapphire was heat old but didn't provide paperwork. The white gold band is not rhodium plated (they happened to have an estate band in my size in the style I wanted, so we just added the bezel to the top).

The setting is elaborate yet delicate. I personally really love the prong diamonds and the two "surprise" diamonds on its side. Ring is currently in size 5 and is perfectly resize-able. This is a gently used David Yurman albion ring with a blue stone.
