Description

Red/Purple cushion cut spinel, 2.41 carats, dimensions 8x6.4x5.5, expertly cut by Jerry Newman. The color is more reddish indoors and more purple outdoors. In direct sunlight the stone deepens to a dark purple. The stone is a very good size for spinel and has nice sparkle. I think it would look amazing set in white gold. I have included photos that show this spinel at it's best and worst color. The stone is basically eye clean, but in Jerry's highly magnified photo there are some slight inclusions. So I am listing it as "almost" eye clean for those who have eagle eyes. Price includes shipping. Very sorry but I only ship to the Continental USA. Open to trades, but I will not be reducing the price of this stone.
