Malaya Garnets are so unique, they can range in color and most of them will color shift in different lighting. This stone is no exception!! The color can look all different shades of orange, to pinkish orange, to coppery cognac colored...all depends on the light. The cut is excellent with its intricate crown design, and the slight bit of silk makes this a very glowy gemstone. In sunlight its like a burning ember. Great price for a stone of this caliber.
