This brooch was one of the first pieces I ever bought on eBay, back when it was fun to shop there. I was told that it was WWII vintage. It was given as a thank you to the person who taught English to a Japanese lady while both were in Hawaii. The metal is not marked but it has a lovely patina and appears to be sterling. The clasp functions well. I hope that this piece finds a home where it will be worn and admired. Please ask any questions you may have. I am a private seller, and items are sold as is, final sale.
