This phrase on the pendant is in French; “plus qu'hier moins que demain" which translates to ‘more than yesterday, less than tomorrow’. It is a reference to a poem “I will love you more than yesterday, and more than tomorrow”.

There are 5 diamonds in the cross and three rubies in the minus sign. The whole pendant is made of 18k yellow gold, weighing about 4.7 grams. The diameter is about 20mm and the length with the bale, about 1 inch.
