Description

Dating to the art deco period, this beautiful platinum and diamond baguette eternity band is in wonderful condition. It measures 3mm in width, with a 2.1mm rise off the finger, and contains 15 emerald cut diamonds with a tcw of 1.10 carats. The diamonds are estimated as H-I, VS2-SI1 (I cannot spot any inclusions, so I'd put it as closer to VS2, myself). It's hard to photograph properly, but it has a lovely inscription reading "Our Daughter, Our Life, Our World" in a beautiful font - a little worn with age, but a beautiful sentiment for (an?) eternity. (Sorry, couldn't resist the pun.)

This was too special to pass up, but it doesn't fit and can't be resized. But I figure somebody out there who has a special relationship with their daughter (or, for that matter, a lady with a special relationship with her parents!) will probably love it.
