The center stone is an exceptionally cut cultivated diamond (7.25mm with a super puffy dome, over 40% depth) by Diamond Foundry...not a moissy, but genuine lab grown diamond. It’s set in an 18k yellow gold antiqued & hand carved “Tempest” cluster with 0.06ctw of high domed top tier earth mine rose cut diamond shoulders
