Had this custom made based on a ring I found at a vintage store. It's in 18k white gold, mother of pearl, and diamond. Milgrain on the edges. Not the finest milgraining I've seen which is why I'm only asking $350 (reduced from $500) which is roughly scrap metal price. Weight of entire piece is about 0.4 oz. I paid over $1,400 to have it made.

It's in size 6-1/2.
