Selling a lot of rings in various sizes. I've collected a lot of rings for my family and friends over the years as gifts and I've collected more than they can wear (imagine saying they have too many rings?!) So a lot of jewelry will be up for sale in the next few weeks!
Row 1, left to right:
1) 4-stone oec band measuring between 3.3-4mm. Diamonds are eye-clean SI clarity, H/I color. YG band, WG prongs. Size 5. $700
2) SOLD- 5 stone platinum ring, unmarked but tested. OEC diamonds measure 4-4.3mm (very slightly graduated, ~1.3ctw) about I-J-K color. One VS oec no nicks, the rest SI, 3 have some minor nicks, one has a little more chipped, probably happened when the wearer hit something because one prong is nudged away from the diamond and that area of the crown has a little bit chipped away. A bench should be able to add a bit of platinum and fix it pretty easily. Nicks/chips/inclusions visible under a loupe but not with the naked eye. I got them for a giant halo project but didn't have the heart to rip them out of the setting. Size 6.75. $1050.
Row 2, left to right:
1) SOLD- Vintage 10x8mm opal w/ 1.3mm single cut diamond melee. Opal does have a white appearance but the specks of color are evenly distributed and flashy.
Stamped 14k, size 5.75. $320.
2) Belais diamond and sapphire ring. Ring measures 18mm long N-S. Has two 3mm oecs, one VS, one high SI (one tiny speck visible under loupe but rest is all clean), and two 1.8mm VS melee, all G/H color. Stamped "Belais 18k". Size 2.75-3. $510.
3) Rhodolite garnet set in vintage setting. Setting has four 1.5mm oec melee in an milgrained and engraved halo, and a 5.5mm garnet. Milgrain is still in great condition, and the engraved part look like little flowers under the loupe, so pretty! WG top, YG base and shank. Stamped "Marquette" and "M 14k". Size 3.75-4. $530
Row 3, left to right:
1) Ruby and diamond ring with 3.5mm transitional diamond (mrb arrows w/ tiny culet). Step cut rubies measure 1.7mm and diamond melee are just over 1mm. Mixed WG and YG top with engraved YG shank. Size 7. $600.
2) SOLD- 5 stone mauve-pink sapphire and oec/transitional/mrb diamond band. Center is a 5mm transitional with a tiny culet, sides are 4mm oec and mrb, and separating the diamonds are 3.9mm mauve pink sapphires. All diamonds are G/H, oec and transitional are SI and mrb is VS clarity. Setting is stamped 14k and is a rosier YG, not quite rose gold, but yg with a touch of pink. Size 7.25. $1100.
Row 4, left to right:
1) SOLD- Either an oval pink tourmaline or garnet with 4mm diamond trillion sidestones. I honestly can't remember what the center gem is because I bought it for the setting, but my tsav didn't fit because it's too short and fat. A 8x6mm diamond or gem should have no problem as long as the belly isn't too big. Diamonds are VS clarity and about H/I color, both have med-strong blue fluorescence. Ring is stamped 14k and about size 5.25-5.5. Center basket is WG (sorry to people with WG allergies. :( ), rest is YG. $425.
2) Antique platinum old marquise/oec diamond ring. Size 4. Ugh, not sure if I want to sell this now, but if I do, it'll be $1800.
3) SOLD- Approx 0.65ct platinum semi-bezel ring, size 6.5 - Diamond measures 5.4x5.1mm, with I/J color and SI clarity. I see two small inclusions under the loupe, one is a tiny feather under a crown facet, and the other is a crystal near the edge by the bezel. It is eye clean to me, as the inclusions are well hidden in the crown facets. Ring is stamped "950 Platinum 50 Co * " for Plat/cobalt alloy. It is a lively diamond with a puffy crown, and faces up very white. $1280.
Row 5, only one ring:
Ruby and light-yellow omc ring. All stones approx. 2.2-2.8 x 3-3.2mm. The little open marquise shaped space is milgrained but the pics don't show it. It's a really pretty ring. WG ring stamped 14k. Size 9-9.25.
Row 6, left to right:
1) SOLD- 6.5mm oec diamond in platinum setting. Color is approx N/O, SI clarity due to a non-surface reaching feather off to the side by a prong. Center is all clean. The diamond is shallow so weight is probably around .80-.85ct. The table is tiny therefor it offsets the shallow depth, otherwise it'd show a lot of fisheye. Detail under one side of the cathedral is slightly blackened, I think someone tried to fix something and didn't polish it out. Stamped "P" Size 5.5. $1350
2) NO longer for sale! Realized it was a perfect match for a loose stone so they will likely be sold as a pair or even three stone if I decide to sell a bigger one that also matches in pattern and color. Approx .95ct O/P SI1. SI1 due to very tiny speck under the table only visible under the loupe, and there are two teeny tiny surface naturals. My jeweler thinks they are naturals and not chips. Oec measures 6mm. Ring is WG stamped 18k, with the buttom of the 8 missing. There's another squiggly stamp that I can't make out and can't find anything on it. Size 6.5.
3) Ninja Star Onyx and Diamond statement ring, size 8.75 - This ring is awesome. At 18.5mm diameter, it's huge and definitely eye catching! The ring originally held a diamond, which went into my personal collection, but sadly I couldn't keep the ring since it isn't sizeable down to a 3. The new center is a 6.6mm diamond-cut onyx, picked to match the onyx halo. Melee are all single cuts measuring between 1.5-1.8mm, H/I color VS/SI clarity, eye clean. Pear onyx cabs measure 6mm x 2.5mm. Shank has a barely visible 14k stamp. $1190.
