The first photos are from the vendor, The last two mine. The star is not as definite as on the vendor's photos, I see 4-rays, but visible, centered, and travels well. The color, on the other hand, is much better IRL - purple and more saturated than on the vendor's photos. For a cab, the stone is clean. Size 8.6 x 6.6. Per vendor’s description, it is 3.3 ct. A matching pair of pear-shaped Welo opals. Very beautiful play of color, green, red, some blue. 2.77 ct total. They have been kept in a box, no cracks, no crazing, stable. Not seen in photos, but very well-matched. Selling due to sheer inability to keep up with many projects. They would make a wonderful pair of earrings, especially if coupled with green garnets.
