18.6 ct neon blue apatite. Lisa's description says tiny inclusions but looks clean to me. 18.6 ct. 16x 16 mm.
Bought as a cheap substitute for Paraiba but realized I have too many stones to set. No return as I am a private seller but feel free to ask for more photos.
