Finger coverage galore. The setting is original, however I do believe that the bezel around the calibrated sapphires and rose cut diamond have been worked on. The rose cut diamond has a beautiful pillowy top and nice checkerboard pattern. It does have some inclusions. There is a crystal visible under the table but it is not surface reaching and does not distract from the beauty. The rose cut measures 6.3 x7.0 and the entire ring sizes in at a whopping 20x20mm. It's currently a size 6 but can be sized up or down considerably. The sapphires are a nice vibrant blue and they don't darken indoor. They do appear to be natural.
