Lovely vintage Art Deco-style geometric eternity band. I originally purchased this from Gold Adore on Etsy and the listing detailed: * Set in platinum * 56 single cut pave set diamonds, approx .56ct * 4 baguette diamonds set in bezel, approx. .2ct * Weighs 4.8 grams * 7.0 mm wide Other info: This was sold as a size 7 and it actually sits closer to 6.75 on my mandrel. However, because the inside is concave, this fits more like a 8. Also, there is evidence of a prior repair that was not disclosed to me prior to purchase. I have done my best to capture this in images. It's not super noticeable but is priced accordingly at $450 OBO. Lots of sparkle from a portuguese round cut. The tone verges on being medium tone, but I'll call it a light medium dark, just to be safe. You may think that this is a Mahenge or Mozambique Rhodolite, but it's from Sri Lanka, & Sri Lanka have been producing these superior Rhodolites for years, not to mention the huge price difference. If this Rhodolite was from either Mahenge or Mozambique, the price would be much more. The stone faces up eye clean, though if you hold the table up to eye level & tilt it a little, you can see three small inclusions under the crown. You can also see an inclusion halfway down the pavilion, but none of these ruins the face up beauty of the stone. You won't find many Rhodolite’s out there this big (whopping 13.56 mm) with all this going for it at $200.00 a carat! A gem! Color - Medium dark tone red/purple GIA Gemset R/P 6/3 - Very slightly grayish Clarity - Eye clean.
