OK short lesson in Cassia Rufa shell there are male (the ones that are used for cameos as the color is amazing) and females which has white shell with the color in the layers. Now when I started carving I found shells and I was sworn to up and down that they were male shells....as you can see here this cameo is from female shell lol I wanted to practice with my gravers and decided that a tropical fish was sitting there. I cut the shell with my jewelers saw by hand then I used my ONE count it One graver to carve lol So if you like this baby fishie about 30mm across and from top to bottom as you can see it will take a lot of imagination to set this one. The shell is fairly thick and so is the carving. and yeah I roughly signed the back it is one of my first cameos So are you an expert wire wrapper? Or a jeweler who can see a fabulous design?

Carved Genuine Ruby leaves both sides are carved 11x16 mm and 7x11 mm approx 2 mm thick 5.14 cts (tcw) there is a tiny imperfection that should not hinder setting.It is around the edge of the large leaf near the bottom right see picture of the back of the leaves

I purchased this preowned item on loupetroop and am reselling bc I have lost weight and don't want to invest in resizing. It is a size 6. THE band was never used by me and especially would not used next to this platinum band. The price reflects the fact that this is preowned because I purchased it that way. Milgrain is not perfect see (upclose picture), but it looks fine to me from a glance since I usually do not seem to focus on my ring upclose like that (see first pic with diamond solitaire only). Not sure of carat weight or diamond quality. It is not certified...but it is a really nice band with milgrain detail in my opinion. Diamonds do not look spotty to me. Diamonds do not go all the way around. The diamonds cover my finger as wide as seen on the picture when my finger was a size 6. The opening is approximately 2" and 1/4 by 2" and 1/2: the clasp is secure, and the safety chain provides additional piece of mind. I would date this piece to the Victorian revival of the 1950s. The bracelet has a delicate patina, as befits its age: I leave it to its new owner to decide whether to polish it or preserve it! This pretty piece is fit for a fairy princess - I've never seen another one like it. Baby rings are generally simple things, but this is a solidly built, artistic pieces of jewelry that just happens to be a size 1. Considering how many of you ladies have tiny fingers, maybe it will even fit one of you! Judging from the workmanship, this ring likely dates to the early to mid-Victorian period (though it could also be somewhat older, judging by the cut of the diamonds). The ring features an opal with good color play of 5.5mm long by 4mm wide by 5mm deep (approximately half a carat) surrounded by ~.30 of rose cut diamonds (12 in the halo, and 2 on the shoulders). It set in rich yellow gold. It's not hallmarked, but it tests as higher than 18k. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like additional information or pictures from additional angles.

This is a nice, thick french cut band with a little "oomph" to it. Platinum, size 8.5, with a 1.85mm rise off the finger. It is 2.4mm wide overall, 39 stones of 2mm square (somewhere between .05 and .06, depending on the individual depth of the stones), so approximately 2ctw. The stones are beautifully cut, with kite-shaped table facets and high crowns, VS1 in clarity and G in color. I'm listing an antique three stone ring purchased from Isadora's in Seattle. This ring was reappraised on 4/16/14 (the appraisal will be sent to the buyer): "One 18kt white gold ring (appraisal initially incorrectly states platinum). Bead set across the top of the filigree ring are three transitional cut diamonds. The ring measures 8.07mm wide and 5.10mm tall at the top, tapering to 1.57mm wide and .64mm thick at the bottom of the shank. Three transitional cut diamonds that measure 3.5mm-3.80mm x 1.90 mm.
