This platinum band is set with french-cut jet or onyx,and has gorgeous engraving on the sides. It's a size 6.5, and probably not a good candidate for sizing. When I first got his band, a few stones were a little loose in the channel, but I took it to a jeweler this weekend and had it looked over and the channels tightened on the principal of "better safe than sorry," and now it's in wonderful shape. There are a few surface abrasions on the stones under the loupe as would be expected for a piece this age featuring softer stones, but on the whole, I'd say it's in great vintage condition ... and though black and white was a perfect fit for the sleek, stark Art Deco aesthetic, not too many jet or onyx bands have survived. Rare! This is a beautiful pair of omega back earrings in 14k white gold-hallmarked. The earrings are in great shape, the backs are extremely secure. The pearls are no doubt freshwater. This is a gorgeous custom made strand of lustrous white south sea pearls, silver Tahitian keshi pearls and sterling silver beads from Jose at tahitianpearls.biz. Unfortunately since I'm currently a stay at home mom of three, I don't get much wear out of it. I've only worn it once! It is about 37 inches long and was initially made into a lariat, but I switched out the largest pearl with a pretty pearl clasp. It can be worn long or doubled.
