Live from New York (well no, Oklahoma) a 1.03 fuchsia pink sapphire. There is no extinction with this one and it's a very clean VVS clarity. I do love the color, but fell in love with the more bubblegum/neon pink stones. This sapphire is not heated and bright and beautiful in every kind of lighting. Another project that I just never got around to.

You always remember your first...chrysoberyl. This was one was it. I got this one several years from Tan and it's a beautiful yellow/green that goes from a neon color to a chartreuse. It's oval cut and the clarity is VVS/VS. Though a little petite, it's a very bright and lively stone and at 8.5 on the hardness stone a pretty durable one too!

On the block, a .73 oval shape red spinel. This was one of the first spinel's I ever purchased and I have been in lust ever since. It's red with a purple modifier and I would say a darker red, but not a wine colored stone more rosy in color.

For your consideration a 2.94 light yellow/green oval cut beryl. In some lights, the color looks a light mint green, in others a light yellow. It does have a window that would close up somewhat once set. It was an oddity (to me at least) and I like unusual stones. A nice size and another color of beryl that doesn't get much attention but is still a nice color.

For your consideration, a medium grass green chrome green tourmaline I purchased from Tan a few years ago. It's an oval shape (of course) and is lovely grass green color with a nice VVS clarity and is eye clean. This one hasn't been set into jewelry and though it leans slightly darker on the medium side, there is no extinction on this one.

Just returned from GIA certification (Report dated February 26 2016). The GIA certification number is laser inscribed on the girdle of the diamond, so you can buy with confidence.
This is a lovely and very shiny 1.00 carat, I-VS1 Round Brilliant Natural Diamond. Absolutely eye clean, it is very good cut, with no fluorescence.

On the block! A beautiful chrome green tourmaline that weighs 1.15 carats. It's a classic bottle green color and has no extinction or dark spots. VVS clarity and no treatment whatsoever. A stunning shade of green that can compete with the best emeralds or tsavorite garnets. One of two green tourmalines that I will be listing. This was one of my east/west oval project stones. I got this one from Tan a few years back.

A darker blue aquamarine. I hate to call it a "Santa Maria" color as that has been so over used but this is a gorgeous blue that is different from the lighter blue/green blue aquamarines out there. This is a .95 untreated aquamarine that I got from Tan. It's from Madagascar and oval cut. It's got a window, but the darker aquamarine blue is what reeled me in on this one. It's a beautiful stone and close to what is considered the top end blue of aquamarines.

A fun piece that could be used for jewelry or just a conversation/collection piece. A 10x8 strawberry quartz that shimmers/glows. It's a gorgeous piece that throws out pinks, reds and oranges as well as being very clean and dominantly pink (a lot of strawberry quartz is mostly white with a little red and pink flecks).

My last pair of swirl carved beads and second to last set of coral I will be selling. These are a beautiful pair of Japan Sea Angelskin coral beads. They are a salmon pink color and are fully drilled. They weight 31+ carats and measure 15mm+. These came from Carolyn Ehret and are 100% natural. These would make a beautiful set of earrings or a bracelet for summer! The craftsmanship is first rate and I see no flaws in the cutting or the stones themselves.

Easter egg anyone? For your consideration, a 13.62 oval/checkerboard cut Swiss blue topaz. This is another of the honkers that I wanted to see what something that big would look like in person and on the hand. That being said, I love this shade of blue. It's heated of course as all Swiss blue topaz's are but it's such a pretty stone and it really does look like a crystal egg (think the one from Risky Business). It's a clean VVS clarity stone and is 15x12. A clever person could make it into a ring with a bunny rabbit on each side of the shank of the ring holding up the egg!

Another honker of a gemstone! This one is a 17.98 carat green amethyst/prasiolite oval/checkerboard cut amethyst. I think my sole reason for buying this one was to see what 18 carats felt like in my hand! This one is a light yellowish green and is very clean. A fun stone to put in a ring or pendant for sure, or in my case just something to look at. The checkerboard cut is rounded at the top and has a high crown so the pattern is visible.

For your consideration a 4.60 46.95 ctw strand of top quality sleeping beautify turquoise. These were purchased from Carolyn Ehret (of course) and were intended for a project that never came to be (of course). They are a beautiful Robin's egg blue and have a few natural imperfections in them but otherwise are pretty clean and first Carolyn rated theses AAAAA.

Another of my "honker" gemstones, a 12.35 oval checkerboard cut amethyst. It's a nice medium purple and yes it's a honker. I was going to use this one as a index finger ring for my mom but she decided to go with a green beryl instead. This origin on this one is Africa and it's a very clean VVS clarity stone. Definitely a statement stone. Great for a pendant or a knuckle cover ring!

Another awesome buy from Carolyn Ehert that has been sitting in a drawer for a few years now. These are a pair of lapis beads that are carved in a swirl pattern. I have a pair of angel skin coral ones that I will be putting up later on. These are are top quality lapis and the beads themselves have zero cracks and have top notch cutting. They are lapis denim blue with a few gold flecks. They are both drilled all the way through and would make a wonderful project (I was going to string them on a leather cord bracelet).

The third of my 4 single turquoise gemstones. This one is a round cut and is around 12mm. The blue is Robin's Egg but a shade lighter then the oval stones I have listed. I would say it's closer to a Tiffany blue in color. It's round but a little bit pointed or bulleted at the top similar to a sugarloaf cut stone. It's a solid piece and untreated and is not crushed or a reconstituted stone. I love the contrast of sparkly white diamonds with the vivid blue of the turquoise. These are what I call my happy gemstones, the ones that make you think of spring or summer and the color is so bright and pretty it puts you in a good mood!

The second of four Persian Turquoise I am parting with. This is a 2.05 carat oval cut Persian Turquoise with no cracks, matrix or webbing. The color is a true Robin's egg blue and would make a great ring or pendant. Until I saw some of the Persian/Iranian and Sleepy Turquoise, I never knew Turquoise could be one solid color and not have black lines crevices or pits. These are beautiful and hopefully someone will have the perfect setting for them.

Opals fascinate me. They didn't until I discovered the ones that weren't doublets or triplets or weren't completely opaque. This one is a 1.09 Ethopian Jelly Opal in a oval shape. It's a solid stone meaning that it's not glued together to make a single stone. The color play reminds me of a Arizona sunset or a sundevil. There are oranges, reds, greens, yellows and purples. A bit like diochroic glass on steroids!

Another stone that is seemingly impossible to photograph. ALEXANDRITE! This one is is on the petite side, it's a .47 carats and oval shape. The clarity is a very clean VVS and it has not been treated. The green is a light forest green (not dark at all) and the coloshift orange is on they yellowy orange side. I had it as more of a collectors stone but it can be set into jewelry.
