This a beautiful pearlized natural oval sapphire approx 10 x 6. It's a guess on the sapphire BUT I do know the whole spread including the diamonds is 13 x 7. The diamonds are real, have decent sparkle and all are set in solid 14K WG. The size was 7.5. I did have it sized to a 5. A nice, substantial piece. Please, NO TRADES!
