This is not a piece that has been sitting in my closet, it has been loved and used for years. In good condition but def considered "pre loved" and has marks from wear and tear, but nothing that detracts from how great this piece is. Will come with everything pictured. This a beautiful pearlized natural oval sapphire approx 10 x 6. It's a guess on the sapphire BUT I do know the whole spread including the diamonds is 13 x 7. The diamonds are real, have decent sparkle and all are set in solid 14K WG. The size was 7.5. I did have it sized to a 5. A nice, substantial piece. Please, NO TRADES!
