The center is an 8x4mm Luisant Stratus Moissanite from JTV (several years ago). It's an amazing grey/green/blue metallic color that shoots rainbows. Each side has 3 little white sparkly diamonds, which highlight the color in the moissanite. The mounting is heavy, 4+ grams of 14kt white gold. Size 7.25 and sizeable. Asking $200obo
