This beautiful vintage Art Deco era mounting has been recently matched with a specialty Old European Cut Lab diamond chosen for exceptional beauty.
We seek out stones with smaller tables, large culets, and steeper angles to enhance the coveted historic visual effect called kozibe —like those found in antique heritage diamonds where the center facet located on the bottom of the diamond is reflected up and around the edges like a kaleidoscope.
This diamond, paired with the antique setting, makes a stunning presentation for the vintage loving bride. A beautiful design in the gallery is accentuated with single cut diamonds, and a pop of blue from french cut sapphires. A delight to view from every angle, the setting is light, airy and feminine - as an extra special detail even the prongs feature engraving. This is simply a beautiful ring, waiting to be admired by all and loved for a lifetime by one. In person viewings are available by appointment at our Edmond, Ok office. 0% Interest Layaway Plans up to 7 months make it easy to plan for special events such as anniversaries, birthdays and holidays! Video and more photos are available by request. www.HeritageJewelry.com

For sale is a never-worn pair of Le Vian fire opal and diamond studs. The settings are done in rose gold. The fire opals are a popping orange, no brown. The white and brown diamonds add just the right amount of sparkle. The stones are all set in black rhodium.
I found the exact same ones selling on ebay for $833. I believe this style has long been retired.

Her description:
“These are Russian, no-oil, super "gemmy" and glowy. Excellent cutting and very high clarity/transparency. All have small inclusions visible under magnification and very close up, but they present as fully eye-clean at a regular viewing distance. Very rare for emeralds of any origin.
Disclaimer about the color: these are all one full step lighter in tone than trade-ideal emerald color, but I think it is fair to grade the saturation as "intense". They are not the extremely pale color sometimes encountered in emeralds from the Ural mountains. Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to capture the high saturation of these emeralds with my camera, they really look so much better in real life. As you may know, emeralds are notorious for looking washed out and overly pale on photos and videos”

A beautifully precision cut by Barry Bridgestock Nigerian green tourmaline that I purchased loose from another PSer and then had set in the Ivy & Rose setting with 0.10ctw in diamonds. The stone measures approximately 7.25mm (no carat weight was given to me by the original seller), the setting is 14k white gold and the ring is size 8.5 (sizeable). The first four pictures were taken in natural lighting and the last picture was taken under overhead lighting to show it at its brightest with light reflecting off of the facets.

This exceptional Art Deco engagement ring is centered by a true antique Old Mine Cut diamond, weighing 2.37 carats and certified natural by HRD (Cert. No. 240000231073). With its softly squared outline, generous depth, and open culet, the diamond displays the lively, “bubbly” facet pattern so beloved by admirers of antique cuts. The stone is 100% eye clean, graded SI1 clarity with a warm L color, and shows no fluorescence. Measuring 7.84 × 7.77 × 5.81 mm, it has a pleasing 51% table and very good polish, contributing to its distinctive old-world character.
Surrounding the center stone are twenty sparkling Old European–cut accent diamonds, each with a visible culet and weighing approximately 0.02 to 0.03 carats, along with vivid green baguette-cut emerald green accents measuring approximately 0.03 carats each. Together, they create a dynamic interplay of light and color that is quintessentially Art Deco.
Crafted in platinum, the ring is designed to sit close to the finger with a graceful, low profile, making it exceptionally comfortable for daily wear and especially practical for those who wear gloves. The luxurious platinum setting enhances the brightness of the diamonds while allowing the Old Mine Cut center stone to shine. The ring is currently a size 9.5 and may be resized.
A striking and uncommon combination of a substantial antique Old Mine Cut diamond, period accent stones, and thoughtful design, this ring is a standout example of early 20th-century craftsmanship—rich in character, wearable elegance, and timeless appeal.
