Gorgeous, handmade, three stone ring setting! It is done in two tone 14k yellow and white gold with antique crown style baskets, claw prongs, and a thin rounded shank. I have removed my center stone, but the side stones are included. They are gorgeous, white, bright, sparkling oec/transitional cuts, tiny open culets, slight petal facets. They are genuine antique diamonds, in the SI range, mostly eye clean but some inclusions can be seen under magnification. They are extremely sparkly and bright. Each one is over .50pts making 1.14ctw! Ring is a sizable size 8. Center stone was just over 8mm so another stone in that approximate size range should fit.
