This ring gave me a true appreciation for designer quality jewelry. While I'm not 100% sure which model it is, based on my research, I believe it is a Tacori 2573 with a custom halo. The ring is hallmarked Tacori and 18k; the center sapphire is around 5.3 mm based off my measurements. If you aren't into colored stones, which would be a shame, because this has such a pretty little gem, I'm confident you could replace it with your own diamond. I purchased it from an estate sale, though I don't think it's very old, I don't have any paperwork for the ring, and have priced it accordingly. It is about a size 5.5, but should be able to be sized within reason by your jeweler.
