This is a sweet antique diamond ring. The diamond measures about 3 mm. There are what I assume are synthetic sapphires on the shoulders. It has a nice filigree gallery. It is marked but I'm having a hard time figuring if it is 14k or 18k or even perhaps 10k as the mark is hard to read even with my loupe. Wear consistent with age. Final sale.
