This ring features a fine and beautiful deep blue 1.69 carat sapphire. The dimensions of the sapphire is 7.57 x 6 x 4.02mm and comes with a certificate from the International Gemological Institute. The 14K gold diamond halo pavé setting is made with G-H color diamonds of VS to SI clarity. Do check out the pavé diamonds and the extensive milgrain patterning on the halo and band! The setting is elaborate yet delicate. I personally really love the prong diamonds and the two "surprise" diamonds on its side. Ring is currently in size 5 and is perfectly resize-able. This ring is practically new! 3 months ago, I actually intended this as a surprise birthday present for my mum but ended up getting her some earrings instead. I was pretty tempted to keep it for myself but decided to let it go since I don't normally wear such big statement pieces (it's pretty big for my "child hands" at least!) This is a gently used David Yurman albion ring with a blue stone. I believe it to be the blue topaz ring in this link. http://www.davidyurman.com/women/rings/-20PC/petite-albion-ring-with-diamonds?swatchId=Y03P8 In the spirit of full disclosure, there is a tiny black mark on the back of the stone. I never noticed it until I went to take these photos. You could probably remove it, or have a jeweler professionally clean it! Also in the spirit of full disclosure, the stone is the tiniest bit loose. If you shake it next to your ear, you can hear the faintest rattle. I had a jeweler check it and he said it was secure.. I've been wearing it this way for several years without worry. You could probably have it tightened if it bothered you. I do not have the original papers or box. Current retail is $650.
