It is a size 6.5.  It is easily sizeable.  It is in good condition with no scratches or chips. This is a very heavy ring, not a fine or lightweight setting. Beautiful ballerina style ring, incredibly similar to the newly styled Heidi Gibson rings. Half carat sapphire in the center and .80 points of round and baguette diamonds. This a beautiful pearlized natural oval sapphire approx 10 x 6. It's a guess on the sapphire BUT I do know the whole spread including the diamonds is 13 x 7.
