This ring has a 3/4 ct moissanite center and is surrounded by a halo of diamonds (1 cttw.) The band is 14k yellow gold while the setting is 14k white gold.

I bought this stunning ring from Overstock.com a few years ago and have only worn it a few times. (The vintage halo just isn't my style.)
