For sale is a stunning art deco ring crafted of solid 18K yellow gold and platinum topped, this ring features a beautiful silvery-white/ivory pearl, 2 triangular cut diamonds and 20 round cut diamonds.
The pearl is approximately 5 mm in diameter and has a beautiful lustre with both silver and some slight pink undertones...it's in lovely condition and even under magnification it looks great with no damage to the nacre. It doesn't sit too high up, either, which makes it easier to wear and helps protect it.
The two triangular cut diamonds are bezel-set on either side of the pearl and the settings still have their original milgrain detailing. The diamonds measure approximately 4 x 4 x 4 mm and are clean and sparkly.
There are two bezel-set round, full cut diamonds, with one set above and one below the pearl. These are very fiery diamonds, approximately 2.7 mm in diameter, again very clean and with the settings still sporting their original milgrain details. Both diamonds are also in great original condition and match beautifully.
There are then 18 more round full cut diamonds that are bead-set around the perimeter of the ring. These diamonds are each approximately 1.5 mm in diameter, and are clean and very fiery, and in very good condition, as well. There is more milgrain work on either side of the diamond border, with some areas on the outside of the ring showing a bit more wear.
With a wonderful presence on the hand, the face of the ring measures approximately 11.5 x 18 mm with a rise off the finger of approximately 5 mm to the very top of the pearl.
The band is still in good condition and is slender and simple by design, measuring approximately 2 mm wide, except at the very back where it shows a little thinning where it has been sized. Please note there are no longer any hallmarks.
Currently the ring is sized to between a 6.25 and 6.5.
