This beautiful vintage ring dates to 1940. It is 14k white gold, featuring a .32 early modern round brilliant cut, with approximately another 30 points of single-cut melee. I bought it for my 30th birthday and, alas, it spends more time in tissue paper than it does on my hand: since I wear diamonds on both my ring fingers and this fits my middle, I’ve always been too terrified to wear it and risk chipping.
