This is an impressive size for a trapiche emerald, set as a pendant in 18k yellow gold (handmade). Its dimensions are 16.5 x 14.7 x 9.6 (approximately, because of the setting).Which means that the stone is well over 10 carats for sure, could be up to 17 carats according to the weight evaluators online. This jewel has been in my drawers for years, now I don't wear it anymore. The color is not the best green of all but the size speaks for itself. The rays are regular. This is a stick pin conversion and features a pretty hexagon shaped pendant in with platinum with yg in the back and chased details. There is a small oec in the center that is bezeled (measures about 4mm with bezel). I put a 14k white gold bale on it. The bale is very narrow so the chain you use won't work easily with a circular loop unless the loop is really small - it should be elongated if possible. In fact, I squeezed the loop on mine to make it fit. The chain is not included; just shown in the pictures so you can see how it looks.
