This pretty art necklace from Aragona Designs features 16 ½ inches of multi-hued green tourmaline beads, culminating in a centerpiece consisting of a prong-set slab of watermelon schorl tourmaline (watermelon tourmaline which features a black center rather than a pink center), measuring approximately one and a half carats. It has great gradiations of color, ranging from black to pale green to dark green to colorless - a very dramatic effect. I've taken pictures of it against every background I could think of ... I want you to know how it would look against your skin as opposed to your beloved black turtleneck or white button-down! A pale green tourmaline cabochon measuring five mm provides the finishing touch at the bottom of the drop. Clasp is marked 585, equivalent to 14k: purchased for over $500, asking $300 – comes with original gift box.
