I was fortunate to acquire a parcel of untreated Mexican Topaz rough, and this is among the best pieces to come out from it! The color is a very nice, very slightly pinkish copper color. This stone shows the color evenly as well, which is pretty uncommon for Topaz--normally it can show stronger color on the 'short' ends. Great color, beautiful shape, and, as usual, great faceting by Christiane.
