***ADDITIONAL DETAILS***
A pleasant blue sitting squarely between trade terms ‘cornflower’ and ‘royal’ – vividly saturated but not as dark as a royal blue, while also not as light and/or silky as a cornflower blue.
The stone is bright and lively and stays persistently, gorgeously blue in any light. It brightens up and catches the eye with an electric blue splash of color if seen outdoors, while indoors it glows a more subdued, darker blue which is probably the reason why the lab graded it royal blue (which is accurate only circumstantially – ‘vivid blue’ is more accurate overall).
Despite the feather inclusions visible in the studio images, it is actually completely eye clean even when viewed as close as the unaided eyes can focus because the feathers get lost in the play of brilliance. This is pretty clearly visible in all of the daylight images too, as the inclusions remained hidden even to the macro lens.
***COLORS AND ACCURACY***
All of our images are extensively, carefully and thoroughly edited and color-matched to reflect the stones in normal diffused daylight viewing conditions by editing with the stone and the monitor side by side in daylight. Consequently, the colors in the photos are as close as they get to reality when viewed on a normal monitor with a generic RGB display calibration profile - this includes most mobile devices but if in doubt, please always check on a desktop/laptop.
If you'd like more photos or videos of anything, please by all means just e-mail anytime.
***SHIPPING***
Tracked and insured shipping is included in the price.
***PAYMENT***
PayPal preferred under $1,000. Over $1,000 a direct bank TT is preferable but PayPal is still an option if their fees are covered.
***RETURNS***
Returns are totally okay but please note that they come minus the insured shipping costs paid to send you the stones. A government-issued invoice signed and stamped by Customs, government valuer-gemmologists and postal agents for stones + shipping comes within every parcel with the exact breakdown of shipping and insurance costs paid on export. Most of the time those amount to $55-60 for sub $1k value stones.
