A unique purple sapphire - it's like three different stones rolled into one, and all of them have better colors than usual.

The inclusions only show in certain orientations - the photos are purposely made to show them clearly for disclosure purposes so there aren't any surprises. They could be hidden by a prong, or the stone could be set in an orientation which won't show them at all. Potentially they could also be polished off as they are almost on the surface of the pavilion.
