Not one of the abundant overly dark royal blues populating the Internet - this stone is bright and vivid and will stay bright and vividly blue anywhere on the globe regardless of latitude or season.

It's 100% eye clean and has excellent brilliance. It looks amazing in all lights.

The cut is slightly deep and while this wouldn't be a problem when setting, it does mean that in practice faces up more like 1.25 carats. It's not difficult to see why this tiny bit of weight was saved from the original rough though since the stone looks gorgeous.
