A bright and saturated blue sapphire on the lighter end of the cornflower blue scale.
It has a pleasant glowy look and would work even in low light scenarios.

Clarity-wise, it has a feather running through it but it isn't usually visible to the unaided eye without a torch shining from the side. If set, it would not be visible at all.

Overall, it's a nice blue at a fraction of what these normally cost dealer to dealer (and retail it's at least four times this much).

The report states royal blue, but it's not - it's lighter and more in the cornflower range.
