The stone is exceptionally clean for a large blue sapphire. It does have a feather and a few tiny crystals, but none are usually visible to the unaided eye in daylight. To be safe though, it should be called VVS even though it does look eye clean most of the time.

Its color is a nice cornflower blue. There's a tiny bit of greenish blue in one orientation, but it really doesn't detract from the overall blue impression since it isn't that visible by itself and the rest of the strong blue hue overwhelms it.

No treatments of any kind, as confirmed by GRS.
