Description

This is a cute little glowy "Paraiba-type" (Light Blue Tourmaline) from Mozambique. It is a pastel blue, and carries a glow even in very low lighting conditions.

This is a pretty good native cut, a 5.5mm Checkerboard-topped Square, and it weighs a hair over a ct, at 1.01ct.

It is eyeclean or very close to it, which is hard to find with this material. There are inclusions easily seen with a loupe, however (10x).

My asking price is low for this stone, as I have not had it tested for Copper Content. It was sold to me as Cuprian, but I am not pricing it as such.
