This Namibian tourmaline from Usakos has a medium to medium/dark blue-green color. It is flawless at 10x and quite bright. - Barry

Blue-green tourmaline prices have been skyrocketing recently. I was lucky to get this when material was still available. When I first saw this stone I asked Barry if it was copper-bearing, he said Namibian material is not. The stone can sometimes look more blue and more green, depending on the lighting.
