For Sale: 3.13ct Afgan Seafoam Tourmaline, Precision-Cut by John Miller in a custom rectangular shape. Nice size, at 11.6x6.5mm. This material is hard to find in this color, which is a medium-light green-blue. There are inclusions in this piece, but it is eyeclean at arms length...and way over-emphasized by the magnified pictures. I am listing this stone very low due to the inclusions.
